Adoption

Horses are available for adoption from Greener Pastures Horse Rescue. All horses go to loving approved homes only. Our aim is to find all horses the good loving home they truly deserve. We make sure the horse you adopt suits your needs, as we want our horses to go to loving stress free permanent homes.

As of October, 2008, Shorty and Mercedes have been adoped by loving and 'forever' homes. We miss them but are happy they have had success finding good homes.

All horses are up to date on vaccinations, have been wormed, are not on any medications and of good health. The horses currently available for adoption are listed below:

Annie

Annie is a beautiful 13 year old Belgium Draft x Quarter Horse mare. Annie is a liver chestnut, with a blaze and 3 white socks and stands approximately 15.2 hands. Annie is halter broke, she is smart and learns quickly. Annie is well mannered but nervous around people and needs an experienced horse person to adopt her. Annie would be an excellent project horse for a horse trainer or a good brood mare. I can not explain how beautifully this mare moves. She is absolutely gorgeous!
